1-800-COLLECT comes to the rescue! We offer a Messenger Service that works like this:
If we can't connect your call due to a busy signal, an answering machine or no answer, we'll ask you if you want to leave a collect message. You can record a message and 1-800-COLLECT will attempt to deliver the message up to 8 times in a 24 hour period (except between midnight and 6 AM).
We'll call the number and advise the receiver that they have a collect message from you and ask them to accept the charges. If they accept the charges to listen to the message, they'll be billed the standard 1-800-COLLECT rates.
Can I use a calling card or a credit card to make a 1-800-COLLECT call?
Yes! You may place a 1-800-COLLECT call by billing the call to a valid:

American Express
