Information We Collect
In connection with the Service and with the provision or marketing of products and services NOS may ask you to provide personally
identifiable information, i.e. information that identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you personally, such as your
real name, address, phone number or email address (“PII”), including but not limited to name, phone number, phone number and
connection with any use of our Service in order to provide you with customer service, in connection with any communication about
the Service or other NOS services and products or in connection with other transactions or interactions with NOS. Providing us with
PII about yourself is voluntary, and you can always choose not to provide certain information. However, if you do not provide such
information we may not be able to provide you with our Service.
We collect certain sensitive information (e.g., credit card numbers, other payment card information, or existing telephone
subscriber account information) during your use of the Service for billing purposes. When you use the Service to make a credit card
call, you will be required to enter your credit card number, expiration date security code and zip code. We do not retain your
security code after billing you for the call, but may provide your credit card information to our customer service center to assist
them in handling any future inquiries. In addition, we may provide such information to your credit card or payment card provider
or your existing telephone service provider in order to bill you for a call made or received using the Service.
Whenever you give NOS sensitive information, NOS will take commercially reasonable steps to protect the information during
transmission. In addition, NOS maintains a vulnerability management program, strong access measures to sensitive information,
and an information security policy in order to further protect your sensitive information. NOS uses the Security Socket Layer
(“SSL”), an industry standard security protocol for encrypting sensitive information. However, no security measures are perfect or
impenetrable and no website, computer system, wireless connection, telephone connection or other data transmission is completely
secure..We cannot and do not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to NOS via the Website or the Service
and you do so at your own risk.
In the course of providing the Service to you, we may collect and maintain certain information about the telecommunications and
Voice over Internet Protocol services you buy from us and how you use them. This information is categorized by the federal
government as Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”). CPNI includes the types of services you currently purchase,
calling records, and related usage and billing information. Your telephone number, name, and address are not CPNI. We value our
relationships with our customers and are committed to respecting and protecting your CPNI. Accordingly, we do not sell, trade, or
share your CPNI outside of NOS’s family of companies except to companies authorized to offer our products or services or to perform
functions on our behalf, unless authorized by you or required by law.
Generally, we can use your CPNI to offer additional communications services to you, and for billing and collections purposes. We can
also disclose your CPNI for legal or regulatory reasons, including in response to subpoenas and court orders. We can also use CPNI to
investigate crime or fraud, and to prevent or remedy violations of our Terms of Service, unlawful use of our network or services, or
violations of the rights of our other customers. Your use of our Website or the Service indicates that we have your approval to
provide your CPNI to our affiliated companies unless you tell us not to do so within thirty (30) days of your initial use of the Website
or the Service. Such approval can be revoked at any time, and revoking your approval will not affect our provision of Services to

Neither the Website nor the Services is aimed at nor intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please
do not use this Website or the Service, and if you are over the age of 13 but under the age of 18, you may use this Website or the

that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the approval of a parent or guardian to do so. No PII is purposefully or
knowingly collected from children under the age of 13. If NOS discovers that a person under the age of 13 has provided NOS with
any PII, NOS will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such person’s PII from its system. Every user hereby agrees that all
information you provide, including but not imited to age,shall be truthful and correct.
Consent to Processing in the United States
This Website and the Service are operated in the United States. By providing any information to NOS, all users including, without
limitation, users in the member states of the European Union, Canada, or elsewhere outside of the United States, fully understand
agree to the collection transfer, storage and processing of your information to and in the United States.
Third parties providing services on our behalf: We may engage third parties to perform services in connection with the operation of
our business. Examples of these services include: (a) payment processing and authorization, (b) fraud protection and credit risk
reduction, (c) customer service, and (d) any other services designed to assist us in maximizing our business potential. These third
parties may have access to the information we received from you, including PII and CPNI, to the extent it is needed to perform their
duties and functions on behalf of NOS.
NOS Security: We may release information about you, including PII and CPNI, when legally required to do so,at the request of
governmental authorities conducting an investigation, or to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Website
or Service and applicable laws. We may also disclose such information if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights,
property or safety of NOS, or any of our respective affiliates business partners, customers or others.
Corporate change: In addition, we reserve the right to disclose, share and/or otherwise transfer user information including without
limitation PII and CPNI, in connection with a corporate merger, acquisition, consolidation, the sale of a portion of our business or the
sale of substantially all of NOS’s assets, or other fundamental corporate change, whatever form it may take. You will be notified via
e-mail or notice on our website prior to a change of ownership or control of your personal information, if your personal information
will be used contrary to this policy. For clarification and the removal of doubt, NOS specifically reserves the right to transfer or
share a copy of PII and CPNI to the buyer of that portion of its business to which that information pertains.
How Can I Access, Correct and Update Personal Information?
You can access, correct and update certain personal information that you have provided to us by calling us to and speaking to a
customer service representative at 1-800-352-7202. Please be aware that we will process your request as quickly as we reasonably
can, but it may not be possible to update our systems immediately. In addition, you should be aware that it is not always possible to
completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases because of backups, legal compliance, and other reasons.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, update, add to, discontinue, remove or otherwise change any portion of this
